Made to order in Copper (on left) An original work carved by hand in all it's incredible detail.

A customer asked me to make a Death Star to fit his wife's European style bracelet. These two Death Stars are prototypes from that order. To do a smaller bead like he needed, I had to work on a larger scale first. When using fine silver metal clay or Copper Clay material it will reduce in size after being kiln fired.

This listing is for the very first Death Star that I made in Copper. A prototype and an original with flaws. It is about the size of a nickle. It is rather rough looking and has some extra holes and dents. Photo 4 you can see a dark indented area right by the hole for threading your chain through. Could be best explained as the "under construction" or "before" version.
Made with Copper Clay. Painstakingly hand worked and carved in the "bisque" stage (last photo) before firing. Then Fired in the kiln at high heat to become pure silver or with this listing Pure Copper. Can be antiqued and then hand polished to a shiny finish leaving all the dark areas of detail.
